We offer delivery of articles, book chapters and other publications not available in our library. What items can you request? Journal articles, book chapters, conference papers, patents and technical reports. Turnaround time Ranges from 1-3 working days. Hard-to-find items may take a longer time. You will be notified by email when your request item is available.

• Maximum item per request is 5.
• Requests submitted must be related to your research or coursework and must be within the constraints of the Copyright Act.

Cost

• We will notify you of the relevant charges.
• Charges may be waived for UniKL staff and students.
